DOORS AND WINDOWS:
Wooden frames to internal openings.

WARDROBES:
Built-in, finish in M.T.F. with beech veneer and lined internally.

KITCHEN BASE AND WALL UNITS:

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: The installation will be approved by E.A.C.

AIR-CONDITIONING: Provision for future installation of split-type heating-cooling system in living room and all bedrooms.

CENTRAL HEATING: Provision for future installation of central heating units in all rooms.

SWIMMING POOL: 8.00mX4.00m.
