The Project

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PROJECT
STRUCTURE: Reinforced concrete frame design in accordance to anti-earthquake code.
BRICKWORK: Hollow clay bricks for external and internal walls.
ROOF: Clay roof tiles on top of concrete slab.
PLASTERING: Three coats of plaster on internal and external walls and spatula on all ceilings.
FLOORS: Ceramic tiles for all inside floors, stairs, verandas and pool area.
WALL LININGS: Bathroom wall tiles up to 2.00 m. Kitchen walls to be lined between worktops and wall units or up to 2.00 m.
DOORS AND WINDOWS: Wooden frames to internal openings.
WARDROBES: Built-in, finish in M.T.F. with beech veneer and lined internally.
KITCHEN BASE AND WALL UNITS: Kitchen will be equipped with a selection of benches, complete with granite worktop and wall cupboards, all finished in M.T.F. with beech veneer.
SANITARY WARE: Coloured and of high quality. Acrylic double bowl sink in kitchen.
RAILINGS: Metal railings at first floor veranda and inside stairs.
PAINTING: All joinery to be finished in oil-based paint. M.T.F. will be prepared and spray-finished in semi-matt lacquer. All internal walls and ceilings to be finished in emulsion paint. External walls to be painted with external use paint.
HOT/ COLD WATER: Cold water down service from 700lt roof tank. Hot water supply from solar/ electric hot water storage 150lt cylinder. Drinking water direct from the mains will be provided in the kitchen. All pipes will be of high pressure U.P.V.C./ C.P.V.C.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: The installation will be approved by E.A.C.
AIR-CONDITIONING: Provision for future installation of split-type heating-cooling system in living room and all bedrooms.
CENTRAL HEATING: Provision for future installation of central heating units in all rooms.
